About Us

Haller Piano is owned and operated by master technician, Paul Haller. Paul began his career in the piano repair and rebuilding industry back in 1984. A studying pianist, Paul had a strong desire to learn the "ins and outs" of this instrument he loved so much. He was presented with an opportunity to apprentice at a shop owned by a former Steinway and Sons factory technician. After his apprenticeship, Paul was offered a job at the shop, where he remained for several years.

In 1991, with only a few clients, Paul ventured out on his own and opened the doors to Haller Piano. Since then, Haller Piano has grown into a full service shop with a showroom featuring many fine instruments. His mission is the same today as it was back then. Provide a complete piano service to handle every aspect of your piano needs. Conveniently located on Lincoln Avenue in Stamford, Connecticut, Haller Piano has the expertise and ability to handle whatever needs may arise, from tuning and minor repairs to concert preparation to complete rebuilding, refinishing and restoration.
